Any bulk orders that require oversize shipping will be have a shipping invoice sent to the email of the purchaser. If your order does not require oversize shipping you will not receive a notice, and your shipment will be sent as normal.

Shipping for items listed with a "PRE ORDER" tag usually take around 1 to 2 weeks to arrive after release date. As soon as the items arrive they are packed and shipped out as quickly as possible. (exception: delayed items, unreceived items, multiple pre order items with different release dates) Any item listed with an "In Stock" tag are normally shipped out within 1-5 days after receiving payment. (exception: pre order item was bought with in stock item, sold out item that needs to be restocked)

If your order has not been shipped and all items are in stock, please be patient with us as we are very busy throughout the day, but also do not hesitate to email us through the contact page or DM us on Instagram @Kpopunitestore for updates. Most of the time some items are still on pre order and/or have not arrived yet. We appreciate your patience.

It usually takes 1-3 weeks after release date to arrive here at the store. Shipping from Korea varies with stock numbers on many items. Album delays can affect arrival times.

Refunds by Credit Card are processed by wix after we refund it which can take around 3-10 business days. Refunds by PayPal are processed immediately in most cases, In some cases after we refund and should be sent in 1-2 days. If a refund is requested for an item that has not arrived yet please be patient as we have to have the items canceled first and then refunded.

We check every album before it is bubble wrapped and sent out. If any are damaged it has most likely been damaged during transit. We cannot give a full refund or exchange for an album that was damaged while not in our care. Some albums arrived here from distribution with minor damage such as (slight scratches, partially opened shrink wrap). This is normal for albums to arrive this way. Those things DO NOT qualify for a refund or exchange. If your album has MAJOR DAMAGE please let us know so we can look further into it.
